Hello Everyone: Today, I am going to discuss the issue of how to decide which species of an oil (e.g., Boswellia carterii vs. Boswellia serrata frankincense species) to use in a given SPE blend. Sarcopenia, age-related muscle loss, is something most people may not be familiar with, but it is nevertheless a major threat to the well-being of millions of older folks. The average person loses 30% of his or her muscle mass by age 60. 20% of the people who suffer from sarcopenia are over 70. 80% are over 80 years old. I have created several protocols combining Stomach 36 with other easily located acupoints to treat various common problems such as stomach weakness and fatigue. Perhaps, the most intriguing protocol is the combination of Stomach 36 with an arm point referred to as Fire Bowel Ocean that can be used regularly to increase longevity.  I am going through all of these protocols in complete detail in this recording. The protocols also incorporate color light therapy and customized essential oil blends. I present all of the blend formulas in detail and discuss how to blend them.
