Hello Everyone: Today, I am going to discuss the issue of how to decide which species of an oil (e.g., Boswellia carterii vs. Boswellia serrata frankincense species) to use in a given SPE blend. Apple Cider Vinegar Treatments for Skin & Hair; Food for Thought #3

Today, I will be discussing something I have used in my practice for nearly 50 years. It is both food and medicine: unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
