Hello Everyone: The next member’s only class is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, 4/9/24. We are going 2 weeks consecutively with classes because I had to postpone one of the March classes, and we are one class behind. I describe the topics I will be discussing in my previous message below. Find below, the entry link to the Zoom class. While my lecture begins at 4 p.m. Pacific Time, the meeting room will open at 3:30 p.m. At 3:45 p.m. SPE diplomate Ginger Andro will be presenting a 15 minute discussion focusing on the Lavender Oil chapter in my Synthesis Materia Medica/Spiritualis of Essential Oils. Read this article to view videos for Parts 1 & 2 of a 3 part discussion regarding the use of moxa, color lights and essential oils on one of the most important of all acupoints: Stomach 36. Chinese medicine teaches that everyone over 30 years old should do moxa therapy on Stomach 36, and that those over 40 should do it multiple times per week, to maintain health and help ensure longevity. Part 3 of this discussion will be presented in the upcoming live members class and the final live class before the summer break (July and August) scheduled for this Tuesday, 6/24/25. I demonstrate how the Fire/Earth Cardio-Gastro Essential Oil Blend is formulated and how to use it. It is a good blend to use as part of a protocol for digestive weakness, tightness of the diaphragm, chest symptoms related to stomach issues including acid reflux, abdominal bloating and hiatal hernia.
