Copaiba Oil; Green Tea Extract, American Ginseng for Supporting Stem Cells in an Aging Body

by | Aug 15, 2024 | SPE NHSS Members

Hello Everyone, Today, I am going to continue my discussion of how to support the production and activity of stem cells in your body with a focus on green tea extract and American ginseng. Before moving on to that, I want to briefly discuss one of the lesser known essential oils used in Spiritual PhytoEssencing: Copaiba. Copaiba oil contains a significant amount of kaurenoic acid, a diterpene that exerts anti-inflammatory, hypotensive, and diuretic, antimicrobial and smooth muscle relaxant actions. Copaiba is also the highest known plant source of the anti-inflammatory sesquiterpene beta caryophyllene. These two biochemicals are responsible for many of copaiba’s traditional uses and established biological actions. Copaiba decreases PGE2 production, and is a Cox-2 inhibitor (both of which cause inflammation and pain).  Traditional medicinal […]

Reminder: Live Class – Tuesday 10/21/25 – Low back pain

I have decided to break the subject of low back pain up into 2 classes. The first of these will provide rare insight into how to analyze your low back pain (i.e., where in the low back it is coming from and which fascia zones, trigger points and acupoint channels are involved), the different structural components of the low back and the integrated approach I have developed for my Natural Health Science System to resolve it.

Watch Recorded Class – NHSS Stomach 36 Combined Acupoint Moxa Protocols; Next Live Class Rescheduled to 21st Oct

Watch Recorded Class – NHSS Stomach 36 Combined Acupoint Moxa Protocols; Next Live Class Rescheduled to 21st Oct

I have created several protocols combining Stomach 36 with other easily located acupoints to treat various common problems such as stomach weakness and fatigue. Perhaps, the most intriguing protocol is the combination of Stomach 36 with an arm point referred to as Fire Bowel Ocean that can be used regularly to increase longevity.  I am going through all of these protocols in complete detail in this recording. The protocols also incorporate color light therapy and customized essential oil blends. I present all of the blend formulas in detail and discuss how to blend them.

Vitamin K2 Article; Moxa Source; L’shana Tova

In a couple of days, my latest article for members will be posted in the Member Zone. This article is a continuation of the series of articles that I have been posting regarding foods and supplements that can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Regarding the first method – the moxa stick method (the burning tip of the moxa stick is held about 1″ (2.5 cm) away from the skin), I have always been put off by the paper wrapping. After all, who wants to inhale burning paper. So, for a number of years, I have searched for a stick with very pure wrapping. The good news is that I have at last found what I have been looking for. Finally for those of you, who like me, will be observing the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah) which begins at sundown tonight: L’shana tova!
