Today I am going to discuss an article that recently came to my attention regarding the benefits of dark chocolate and exercise. Of course, I only use raw cacao (essentially pure 100% chocolate without any sugar, dairy or any additives of any kind). Nevertheless, this study demonstrates the value of eating raw cacao before exercising.
