Chinese medicine teaches that everyone over 30 years old should do moxa therapy on Stomach 36, and that those over 40 should do it multiple times per week, to maintain health and help ensure longevity. Part 3 of this discussion will be presented in the upcoming live members class and the final live class before the summer break (July and August) scheduled for this Tuesday, 6/24/25. It is a good blend to use as part of a protocol for digestive weakness, tightness of the diaphragm, chest symptoms related to stomach issues including acid reflux, abdominal bloating and hiatal hernia.
