by | Jun 13, 2023 | SPE NHSS Members

Last week you received notice of the pre-order sale for my new book: Berkowsky’s Synthesis Materia Medica of the Twelve Cell Salts. This book is over 500 pages long and is the most extensive cell salts materia medica written in nearly a century. It is a rich source of therapeutic information that includes not only cell salts, but how to use them in conjunction with essential oils, herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, acupuncture points, molecular hydrogen therapy and more. I will take the first 15 minutes of tomorrow’s class to demo one chapter and show you how the book is constructed and how to use it most effectively. I will also be discussing the following: 1) Continuation of my discussion of the […]

Recorded Class: Fire/Earth Cardio-Gastro Essential Oil Blend

I demonstrate how the Fire/Earth Cardio-Gastro Essential Oil Blend is formulated and how to use it. It is a good blend to use as part of a protocol for digestive weakness, tightness of the diaphragm, chest symptoms related to stomach issues including acid reflux, abdominal bloating and hiatal hernia.

Recorded Class: Heart-Stomach Connection: The Rationale for the Formulation of the Fire/Earth Cardio-Gastro Essential Oil Blend.

In Part 1, I provide in-depth details about the rarely discussed connection between the heart and stomach. This is a crucial, yet mostly ignored by health practitioners, anatomical and physiological connection. In Part 2 of the recording, I demonstrate techniques for relaxing the diaphragm, and the tissue tension in the epigastric regions (upper abdomen, below the ribs).

Live Class Recording: Heart-Chi Essential Oil Blends

Live Class Recording: Heart-Chi Essential Oil Blends

I opened the class with a review of the blends discussed in the prerecorded class links sent a week ago: Heart Central (general heart-chi tonic blend); Yin/Yang Balance Systole/Diasole Blend (balancing the Yin/Yang dynamics of Heart-chi and thus useful for polarity balancing of the entire body and for emotional balancing); Chi and Blood Pulmonary Circulation Blend (helps strengthen the body’s rhythmic system; excellent blend to use before breathing exercises, Chi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, aerobic exercises or just going for a brisk walk).

Then I presented an in-depth discussion of the Heart-Chi/Kidney-Chi Shao Yin Blend (supports the relationship between the Fire and Water elements within the organism; a good blend to be part of any protocol designed to treat anxiety, fatigue, and lack of vitality).

I will finish my discussion of this set of blends in the next prerecorded class. The final blend is Fire/Earth – Heart/Stomach Relationship Blend (a good blend to use as part of a protocol for digestive weakness, tightness of the diaphragm, chest symptoms related to stomach issues including acid reflux, abdominal bloating and hiatal hernia).
