Hello Everyone: The next member’s only class is scheduled for this Tuesday, 4/2/24. This will be a new experience for me as, for the first time, I will be working from my own Zoom account. I have resisted opening my own account because I am one of those older generation guys  who finds operating online meeting software perplexing. Until now, we have been operating the classes on Cindy’s Zoom account. She has done a great job and I am very grateful for her service. As you will note, in the lecture, I am providing a good deal of insight about the nature of Yin and Yang and then applying this to help understand the inner nature of white cloud essential oil. I will soon begin introducing basic herbal tea formulas from Chinese medicine that you will be able to prepare yourselves at home. The first of these will dovetail with my discussion of white cloud essential oil.

Today, I am presenting Part 1 of the March 2025 prerecorded Member’s class. Part 2 of the recording will be sent to you by Thursday. The final part (Part 3) will be sent over the weekend or early next week. Each part is approximately 1 hour in length.

Once all the parts have been sent, the demo document I am working from in the recording will be posted in the Member Zone for free download as a PDF file.

Please note: The March live class for members will be presented next Tuesday 3/25/25. The focus of the class will be Spikenard Oil but will also move tangentially into a discussion of the hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid and neurohormonal dysregulation, and the heart and 4 major nutrients to help keep one’s heart healthy. I will send the Zoom entry link to that class with Part 3 of this recording.
