The first part provides rare insight into how to analyze your low back pain (i.e., where in the low back it is coming from and which fascia zones, trigger points and acupoint channels are involved), the different structural components of the low back and the integrated approach I have developed for my Natural Health Science System to resolve it.

I have created several protocols combining Stomach 36 with other easily located acupoints to treat various common problems such as stomach weakness and fatigue. Perhaps, the most intriguing protocol is the combination of Stomach 36 with an arm point referred to as Fire Bowel Ocean that can be used regularly to increase longevity.  I am going through all of these protocols in complete detail in this recording. The protocols also incorporate color light therapy and customized essential oil blends. I present all of the blend formulas in detail and discuss how to blend them.
