1) For those of you who ordered the SPE Brain Circulation Blend, I have finally finished the blending. Added in an additional 3 oils beyond the 6 I have already discussed. These are tuberose, cedarwood and St. John’s wort. These selections were based upon a new SPE alchemy technique that I recently developed called Lines of Force. Apple Cider Vinegar Treatments for Skin & Hair; Food for Thought #3

Today, I will be discussing something I have used in my practice for nearly 50 years. It is both food and medicine: unfiltered apple cider vinegar. In the next prerecorded class I will be going over the keynotes chapter for Hinoki essential oil. The next live class, scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th, will be dedicated to a demonstration of the formulation of a SPE Five Spirits Wholing Blend.
