Hello Everyone: Before describing my experience of last Saturday’s, extraordinary SPE Snowy Night On Moonlight Lake Cosmic Light Projection, a brief discussion of a new aspect of SPE that I am building into the art. In the last year or so, I have been more strongly drawn to the use of color and light as healing agents. Today, I will be discussing something I have used in my practice for nearly 50 years. It is both food and medicine: unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
