How to Decide Which Species of an Essential Oil to Use in a Blend

Hello Everyone: Today, I am going to discuss the issue of how to decide which species of an oil (e.g., Boswellia carterii vs. Boswellia serrata frankincense species) to use in a given SPE blend. Before that, a quick note: Several people, remembering my organization of the SPE Sunshine Makers Blending Team before the 2020 presidential election which made a concerted effort to project light into the collective consciousness for the purpose of helping to defeat Trump, have contacted me and asked if I will be doing something similar this time around. Apple Cider Vinegar Treatments for Skin & Hair; Food for Thought #3

Today, I will be discussing something I have used in my practice for nearly 50 years. It is both food and medicine: unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
