In a couple of days, my latest article for members will be posted in the Member Zone. This article is a continuation of the series of articles that I have been posting regarding foods and supplements that can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Regarding the first method – the moxa stick method (the burning tip of the moxa stick is held about 1″ (2.5 cm) away from the skin), I have always been put off by the paper wrapping. After all, who wants to inhale burning paper. So, for a number of years, I have searched for a stick with very pure wrapping. The good news is that I have at last found what I have been looking for.
