Hello Everyone:Today I am sending the NHSS Manual of Lymphatic Drainage Parts 1 and 2. Before moving on to that, a suggestion before eating any of the typically heavy holiday meals, family celebrations are noted for.Consider using unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar/strong> before the meal. I always have 1 Tbsp. of unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 8 oz. (240 ml.) water before any meal that contains protein (for me this would be eggs, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds or avocados).Begin with 2 tsp. per 8 oz. and, if well-tolerated, work up to 1 Tbsp.
