Vitamin D, Sunlight Exposure and Depression; How to Create EO Blends for Someone Suffering from Depression

Hello Everyone:1) In Part I of the upcoming prerecorded class (links will be sent to you next week), I will provide the details regarding the Heart-Stomach connection and the formulation of the Fire/Earth Cardio-Gastro essential oil blend.2) In Part 2, I will begin instruction regarding how to create highly individualized essential oil blends to support those suffering from depression. I will be providing an in-depth discussion of how to use rubrics from the SPE Repertory of Essential Oils to create rubric chains that will enable you to move past the limitations of a general “depression blend.” Instead, you will be able to create blends for the person rather than just the symptom. In other words, you will be addressing the “root” rather than just the “branch.” Vitamin D, […]

Heart-Chi Essential Oil Blends; Fire Element and the Emotions – Recorded Class Videos Available Now!

Heart-Chi Essential Oil Blends; Fire Element and the Emotions – Recorded Class Videos Available Now!

The focus of the class is the new series of SPE blends that I have developed called SPE Heart-Chi Blends. They are not intended to directly treat heart ailments. That would require dietary and lifestyle changes, supplements, exercise, etc. and, of course, professional supervision. Instead the blends are designed to help transform the chi (vital force) that flows to the heart and interrelated organs. April’s member’s-only live class is scheduled for next Tuesday 4/29/25.

Olive Oil: Health Creation, Alzheimer’s Disease Prevention and the Oil’s Rampant Adulteration; the Olive Leaf Absolute Oil Individual

As much as 80% of the olive oils found on shelves in grocery stores is either adulterated or outright fakes. Sometimes the ingredients used in these corrupted “olive oils” can actually prove harmful to your health. On the other hand, genuine olive oil is a profoundly health-building food. It may also play a potential role in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Olive leaf absolute oil is one of the lesser known oils used in the practice of Spiritual PhytoEssencing. I also provide some crucial insight into the unique value of this oil on both physical and deep constitutional levels.
