Post-class recap Hello Everyone: Nice to see those of you who were in attendance last evening. 1) I will be sending out the April class subject itinerary this weekend, so that you all know what will be taught and choose to attend if you have specific questions or interests. 2) I have attached the Warm Hand Soak and Associated Acupoints Diagrams document that I was working from last evening. These acupoints are invaluable. As noted, they are not traditional Chinese medicine acupoints (although there is overlap with some of them), but acupoint discovered by German physician Reinhard Voll in the 1940s and 1950s. Apple Cider Vinegar Treatments for Skin & Hair; Food for Thought #3

Today, I will be discussing something I have used in my practice for nearly 50 years. It is both food and medicine: unfiltered apple cider vinegar. In the next prerecorded class I will be going over the keynotes chapter for Hinoki essential oil. The next live class, scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th, will be dedicated to a demonstration of the formulation of a SPE Five Spirits Wholing Blend.
